01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TunedPrompt at tunedprompt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TunedPrompt is operated by AI Signal, a newsletter by Dan Rice. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to AI Signal / Dan Rice.

02 The Service

TunedPrompt is a free web application that helps users craft better AI prompts. You sign in with your Google account, build an AI profile describing your job and working style, and submit task descriptions. The app uses that context to return optimised prompts tailored to you.

The service is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees or paid tiers at this time.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TunedPrompt. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian permission.

04 Your Account

You sign in using your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity that occurs under your TunedPrompt account.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use TunedPrompt only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the application or its APIs
• Deliberately send malicious inputs designed to manipulate or attack the underlying AI models
• Use the service in any way that violates the terms of the third-party services it relies on (Google, Supabase, OpenRouter, DeepSeek)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

06 Intellectual Property

The TunedPrompt name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are the property of AI Signal / Dan Rice. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the TunedPrompt interface or codebase without explicit written permission.

The AI-generated prompt output is produced by DeepSeek V3.2 via OpenRouter. We do not claim authorship of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and using any generated output appropriately.

07 Disclaimers

TunedPrompt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The AI-generated prompts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose
• Any particular result will be achieved by using the service

AI outputs can be unpredictable. Always review generated prompts before using them in professional or sensitive contexts.

08 Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.

09 Service Availability

TunedPrompt is a free service and is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not offer any uptime guarantee or Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, OpenRouter), or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

10 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at connectwithlokiforai@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance where possible.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., by email).

Continuing to use TunedPrompt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
